Brute de forge palm skinner
This brute de forge skinner was designed to be easy to carry either on your belt or stowed in your Bergen. The blade for this knife is made from hand forged 80CrV2 and has satin finished flats which have an acid etched patina. The blade length is 90mm with a blade thickness of just under 5mm on the spine. The overall length of the knife is 205mm. There is fancy vine file work on the spine of the blade carrying on through the back of the handle. The handle scales are Australian red Mallee burr with black fibre liners and are held in place with two S/S Corby bolts and two stainless pins. The standard sheath for this knief is a wet formed deep pouch style which in this case has been dyed mahogany brown.
